What Is Spam?
Spam is bulk or unsolicited email, also referred to as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) often sent for commercial purposes. In order to follow accepted permission based email guidelines you must send only to those who opt-in to receive messages or have a pre-existing business relationship.
AGHRM has a zero tolerance spam policy. We hold our 3rd party partners to this policy as well to the best of our ability and take all complaints seriously. If you suspect you have received unsolicited email from AGHRM directly or on our behalf please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or by another method listed below.
Automated Spam Filtering
AGHRM’s email systems automatically scan all incoming messages, and filter-out those that appear to be spam. No filtering system is completely accurate, and occasionally there will be false positives. If you believe a message you have sent has been filtered in error, please advise the intended recipient by other means. To reduce the risk of a false positive spam detection send the message in plain text (i.e. no HTML), remove all attachments, and ensuring your message has been scanned for malware before sending.
Change To This Policy
AGHRM reserves the right to amend this anti-spam policy at any time with a new version.
